Energy Healing + Well-Being Consultation

Service Description

We'll begin with the 45 minute consultation where we will unpack your unique needs and identify some ways you can move the needle of your life closer to optimal health and happiness. We will take into consideration all realms of well-being (physical, psychological, emotional, energetic, spiritual and socio-cultural) to gain clarity on the root of any pain, suffering, resistance, stuck-ness, unhealthy patterns etc. that are keeping you from living your most dreamy, expansive life. Once we have clarity on areas needing attention, we will move into a 45 minute energy healing session. A gentle and potent combination of modalities including, reiki, healing touch, acupressure/meridian activation, frequency therapy and chakra balancing all with the intention to bring the body, mind and spirit into your unique and natural state of balance and address any specific needs identified during our conversation.
